Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging the services of Artistry Web Design, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and others who access or use our services. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Provision of Services

Artistry Web Design, LLC agrees to provide web design and website development services as outlined in the client's specific Service Agreement or Statement of Work. Project timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due as specified in the Service Agreement. Any third-party costs (e.g., hosting, premium plugins, domains, paid tools, or licensed assets) are the sole responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Client Obligations

The client agrees to provide Artistry Web Design, LLC with timely access to all necessary materials, content, and personnel required to perform the services. The client is responsible for the legality and accuracy of all content provided to Artistry Web Design, LLC.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all non-public information, including design plans, website credentials, and project documentation, strictly confidential.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the Service Agreement with written notice, typically 30 days, as specified in the agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for all fees incurred up to the termination date.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Artistry Web Design, LLC is registered.
